Powerful process tool that gets you beautiful results!

Since discovering Resume-Now, I followed from one step to the other and did choose to pay for a subscription. At the end of this experience I made more progress towards my next career move than in the last few months! Even though I already had the basic resume from LinkedIn, the process and tools I used from Resume-Now were smooth, efficient and I was able to get it all done pretty quickly. Day later, I am happy to come back to the builder and tweak on it. 99% of the work was done on first day!

Do not use this company. They just keeping charging your card and then claim they cannot find your ac so you cant cancel it. I have been trying to cancel it for 6 years now.

I found the website somehow helpful but there are limited designs that actually makes your resume looks professional and not a kindergarten's sketchbook. Also, is it really worth having a subscription of $35 every month for 12 templates over and over again. mmhmmm

Not thrilled

Not thrilled. They ask for reviews on their own system and if you respond poorly they reroute you to contact them, preventing a negative response. This is illegal and falsifies review performance.

Great experience

The AI assistance and step by step completion made recreating my resume and cover letter very easy! I did have to change some wording so it was less obviously AI but it gave me a great start. I didn’t realize I’d have to pay for the service until I was done but it was less than $3 for 2 weeks use which is all I needed, so it was fine.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam, advertises as free and then charges you for it at the end. Other reviews say cancellation does not happen as required. 100% would not bother. It is frustrating they take advantage of people, everyone that works there should be embarrassed for their dishonesty and consider new careers. Edit: They're right below that the information on costs is in the signup process, but you don't signup till they have already baited you into using the features. Then when you go to download the resume they force you to sign-up and the costs become known. More than that, nothing truly free is useful. I get they need revenue, but up front advertising of the costs and stopping advertising features as free when actually downloading the product of using them is not, would be a less scammy way to do business.

Refund what???

The customer service i received through email was terrible and upset me but after several emails I became frustrated enough to just call in to get my issue resolved and then once I did I did receive good customer support but I find your policy to be not good if I want to cancel with you guys I should be able to get a full refund with in a 24 hour period but your policy states that if I don't cancel the same day you take my money I'm not entitled to the full amount and u only refund half of the full amount..that's not a good policy in my opinion and that will prevent me from ever using your company again ......
